DECLARATION

i. XOX MOBILE reserves the right to forfeit all unused subscription which includes but not limited to unused credit, data, talktime, SMS, and/or loyalty points.
ii.In the event of early termination, any amount from Advance Payment shall be forfeited. There is no cash refund for Advance Payment.
iii. Termination shall be without prejudice to any existing rights and/or claims that XOX MOBILE may have against the Subscriber and the Subscriber shall continue to fulfil its obligations including full payment of all outstanding charges prior to the date of termination.
